Bright golden eyes scanned the forest floor which seemed to fly under the quick moving paws of a young male wolf. The wolf smiled happily as he felt the cool wind blowing against his pelt, letting him feel the relief of running free. Rain soaked his pelt but that didnt bother the werewolf at all, it was actually calming in a way. The wolf's name was Embry Call. He was a werewolf, a part of the Quilette pack which lived in La Push.

Embry looked around him, taking in the scenery of the dimly lit forest as he ran towards the far border between the werewolves and the vampires. His original plan was to go on a quick border patrol but his plans quickly changed as soon as the sent of another werewolf hit his nose.

Embry skidded to a hault and perked his ears up, straining them to hear the faintest sond of the other werewolf.
'There'. he thought to himself as he gazed in the direction of where the sent was strongest, and where there seemed to be faint breathing coming from.

The brown wolf flattened himself to the ground and grazed himself across the damp grass, feeling the rainwater soak his paws and belly.

Embry's eyes widened as soon as he saw the bloody she-wolf lying unconciously on the forest floor infront of him. 'What the hell...?' he thought as he catiously raced over to the girl. Embry whined a bit, trying to catch the werewolfs attention before nudging her with his nose. 'Shit girl...wake up...'
